At Unwind Haven, we understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the type of item purchased, as some products are made to order and have longer lead times. You can find the estimated delivery time for each product on their respective product pages.
If you're concerned about the cost of shipping, we offer free shipping on all orders of $500 or more. This means that you can stock up on multiple items without having to worry about extra shipping costs.
Our typical lead times for products currently range from 1-3 weeks. However, please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays, may occur and affect the delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that this tracking information may not be immediately available depending on the shipping carrier and method selected.
For smaller items, we typically use one of the common US parcel carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. These carriers offer reliable and affordable shipping for packages that are under a certain weight and size. Customers can expect to receive tracking information and estimated delivery dates once their package has been shipped.
For larger items, we use LTL (less-than-truckload) trucking. LTL trucking is a cost-effective way to ship larger items that may be too big or heavy for parcel carriers. With LTL trucking, your order will be loaded onto a pallet or into a crate and transported with other freight going to the same area. Customers can expect to receive tracking information and estimated delivery dates once their item has been shipped.
